Your Personal Data and Our Processing Purposes

When you shop at our stores, we process our customers' identity, contact, customer transaction, legal transaction, and financial information. Within the scope of sales transactions, we process your name, surname, address information, shopping and payment information, and your email address to ensure that the sales contract is concluded and fulfilled, invoices are issued, and invoices related to your purchase are sent to you electronically. If your purchase is made with a credit/debit card, we also process your credit/debit card information, provided that it is transferred to the relevant payment institution.

If you contact us via the contact form on our website, our contact address, or via email or our social media accounts, we process your first and last name, contact information, your order information (if shared), and, if applicable, your legal transaction information in order to resolve your requests and complaints and to contact you when necessary, manage and improve customer experience processes, and process your first and last name, contact information, order information if you share it, legal transaction information if relevant, your requests and complaints, other relevant information to be provided by you in connection with your request or complaint, and for use as evidence in our customer satisfaction efforts and in the event of any disputes that may arise between us.

Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Your Personal Data

We process our customers' personal data through semi-automatic means by recording information verbally provided to our company's sales consultants in our sales and accounting systems, or through automatic means via email. The purpose of processing personal data is parallel to the purpose of transferring the data. As Asil Krom, we transfer your personal data to third parties in accordance with the purposes specified in this disclosure text and in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data may be shared with our group companies and institutions and organizations we collaborate with in order to provide logistics services, resolve your requests and complaints, carry out marketing activities, and process the personal data collected. If you use a credit card or debit card during your purchase, your payment information is shared with the electronic payment institution and banks that provide services to Asil Krom. Additionally, in order to fulfill our obligation to provide information within the scope of relevant legislation and to exercise our legal rights, your personal data may be shared with public authorities and official institutions and organizations upon request.
